What are the shipping fees?

Shipping Canada wide has a flat rate of $6 CAD — this includes tracking. All orders $100 CAD and up qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to United States has a flat rate of $8 CAD — this includes tracking. Any additional duties and taxes are due upon receiving the items to be paid by the buyer. All orders $100 USD and up quality for free shipping.

How Long Before My Order Ships?

All orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days to allow for made to order items. If you need your item sooner please reach out using the contact form. Please note that this does not include weekends and holidays.

What is the delivery timeline?

Parcels within Canada have a delivery timeline of 4-8 business days (although depending on time of year or inclement weather this may be subject to delays outside our control). This timeline begins after your order has been dispatched. 

International orders have a ship time of 8-12 business days depending on the season. 

Will there be additional charges when the item reaches me?

Slow Day Studios is not responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties once the items have entered your home country.
